Marcus Blackstone

Marcus co-founded Ashworth & Blackstone alongside Eleanor Ashworth in 1987 and has led the firm's litigation practice for over three decades. He has first-chaired trials across state and federal courts in commercial disputes ranging from contract breaches to complex shareholder litigation.

Known for meticulous trial preparation, Marcus believes the strongest settlements are reached by parties who are fully prepared to go to trial — and never hesitates to do so.
